All services are subject to project scope, site conditions, and material availability. We reserve the right to decline any project at our sole discretion.
Estimates provided by Corcoran Artificial Grass Installation are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are subject to change if actual site conditions differ from those assessed. A written estimate or proposal will be provided before work begins, outlining the scope of work, materials, and total price.
Estimates are not binding contracts. A separate written agreement or signed proposal is required to authorize and schedule any work. Prices are subject to change if the scope of work changes after authorization.
We offer free on-site estimates with no obligation. An estimate does not guarantee availability of scheduling or pricing beyond 30 days from the estimate date.
Scheduling is subject to availability. Once a project is scheduled and authorized, you agree to provide clear access to the work area on the agreed date. If access is not provided or the project must be rescheduled at the last minute, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee to cover mobilization costs.
We may reschedule projects due to weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you as promptly as possible if rescheduling is necessary and will work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
Payment terms will be specified in your written project agreement. Generally, a deposit may be required at the time of scheduling to confirm your project date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your project agreement. Late payments may be subject to a late fee. If payment is not received after 30 days past the due date, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.
You are responsible for ensuring that all required permits or HOA approvals for the proposed work are obtained prior to the start of the project, unless we have expressly agreed in writing to handle permitting on your behalf. You are also responsible for disclosing any known conditions on your property that may affect the project, including underground utilities, drainage issues, or existing damage.
Before installation day, you agree to clear the work area of personal property, vehicles, pets, and any obstacles that would interfere with the crew's access. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, if any, will be outlined in your project agreement. Workmanship warranties, where provided, cover defects in installation resulting from our work and do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party modification, acts of nature, or conditions that existed before the project began.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are separate from any workmanship warranty we may offer. We will provide manufacturer warranty documentation where applicable.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Corcoran Artificial Grass Installation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
